Ordering process

When you place an order with Lakelands Olives your details are sent encrypted to us using SSL Certificate protocol. Once your order has been processed and your order has been picked you will receive an email confirming an estimated delivery date, this is your tax invoice.

Payment and pricing

We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. All prices are stated in Australian dollars.

Carrier & Shipping Method

Our products are delivered by a reputable courier service.

Delivery Charges are specified in our online store at time of order and are subject to change without notice.

Should there be any extraordinary delays in our handling of your order, we will contact you to keep you informed. Should you be unhappy with the delay, we will refund all monies we have billed and cancel the order.

Returns

Where any of our products are not satisfactory, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange for exchange or for a credit note to be issued. We stand by the Lakelands Olives brand and would like to assure all customers that their feedback is dealt with appropriately.
